So‘rovni 30 kun ichida bajaramiz. Odatda ancha tezroq. O‘chirilgach, sizga tasdiq xabari keladi.

Nima o‘chiriladi
- ismingiz va telefon raqamingiz;
- arizangiz va uning barcha texnik tafsilotlari — IP-manzil, brauzer, sahifa, vaqt;
- Instagram yordamchisi eslab qolgan suhbat holati;
- menejerga Telegram orqali kelgan xabar.
Boshqacha aytganda, bizda sizga oid hech narsa qolmaydi.

Instagram’dagi yozishmalar haqida
Instagram’dagi suhbatning o‘zi Meta serverlarida saqlanadi, bizda emas. Uni o‘chirish uchun Instagram ilovasidagi yozishmani o‘zingiz o‘chirishingiz yoki Instagram sozlamalari orqali murojaat qilishingiz kerak. Biz o‘z tomonimizdagi barcha nusxani o‘chiramiz.

Data Deletion Instructions
To have the personal data held by UMALIFE FOR MEN (umalifemen.uz) deleted, send us a message on Telegram @UMALIFEMEN or Instagram @umalife.mens saying that you want your data deleted, and include the phone number you left in the request form so we can find your record. For example: “Please delete my data. Phone: 90 123 45 67”.
No reason is required and there is no charge. We complete the request within 30 days and confirm once it is done.
We delete your name and phone number, the request itself with all its technical details (IP address, browser, page, time), the conversation state stored by our Instagram assistant, and the notification sent to our manager on Telegram.
The Instagram conversation itself is stored by Meta, not by us — you can delete the thread in the Instagram app or contact Meta about it. We delete every copy held on our side. If you only want us to stop calling you, simply say so and we will remove your number from the call list. See also our Privacy Policy.
